Mileage 3.x ate my service intervals #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade
2. Go to service intervals
3. ???
4. Profit!

Expected behavior:
Mileage should have preserved my service intervals from the previous version.

Actual behavior:
It didn't.

Mileage version: 3.0.3
Android version: 2.3
Device: Nexus S

Please provide any additional information below.
I see the old service intervals in a table named OLD_maintenance_intervals.

Same issue here android version 2.2.2
