Last night, I finished Requiem Moon. Apparently, it's not a duology, there's another book coming next year. I cannot wait!

Nice job finishing Requiem Moon! 🥳 On your strong recommendation, I just poked through the few pages of Scarlet Odyssey tonight and it looks good! Oh man, I'm so torn. 😤 I currently just started Max Barry's newest book, The 22 Murders of Madison May so I need to finish that first before I can start another. Omg, seriously-- so many books and so little time!! ARGH. 😭😭😭

@r002 LOL this is so true. I struggle with choosing between all the books on my TBR. If you're a fast reader, I'd say defer Scarlet Odyssey because if you really get into it and finish both books, you'll have to wait until July next year for book 3 Primeval Fire. 😭😭😭 the agony!!!!! It doesn't even have cover art yet, lol. I pretty much went on a hunt trying to find out when it would be coming out. The author just finished the first draft in early August. It's going to be a long wait. I think I will re-read them next year so that I'm ready.

@anitabe404 Ah, got it. Yes, this is great advice actually! 🙏 I am a pretty speedy reader so waiting over a year for the conclusion of a trilogy (especially if book 2 ends on a cliff-hanger! 😬) would definitely be torturous. Alrighty, deferment it is! Until next year! 😄
