Download media data from the old S3 bucket :white_check_mark: Upload media to the new S3 bucket :white_check_mark: Dump prod database :white_check_mark: Restore prod to prod-v2 database :white_check_mark:

Run migration to create courses tables :white_check_mark: Dump problem types sandboxes from current development database :white_check_mark: Restore problem types sandboxes to prod-v2 database. :white_check_mark:
