Toon Shader Shadow Artifacts

Weird artifacts in the shadows for toon shaders.

Things to check:

• [x] Material texture repeating = shadow artifacts?
• [x] Orthographic camera vs. perspective camera?
• [ ] Directional light?
  • Only occurs with directional light
• [x] Point light?

Appears related to shadow.bias property of DirectionalLight Setting value to small decimal fixes it; however, shadows are left offset from their object
