XML lexer issue with empty quoted string attributes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an editor pane for an xml document.
2. Paste the following into the document:
    <textfield first="" second="" />

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect no coloring, but the library appears to color from the second
double-quote to the third inclusive.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9
