Inevitable bug #148

When a player without armor is punched/damaged, Minetest overlays a bright greyish texture over his skin, which results in armor & wieldview model being seen for a moment. However, I guess only an engine change can fix this. If you cant reproduce it, I can publish a video.

This sounds like an engine bug, the damage flash should not brighten transparent textures. What version of minetest engine are you using?

Thanks, I will look into this as I don't recall if it has always been that way or not. Either way there is nothing that this mod can do to fix that. If this is a new issue, however, it may be worth filing an issue with minetest engine.
