Document Mod API #17

I don't see any part of the API actually specified. The most there is is examples, which forces modders to extrapolate from. I'm not sure if this mod is meant to have significant use as a framework, though.

This mod was originally written to be part of a sub-game so api documentation was never high on my agenda. Since I abandoned work on the sub-game I simply added a bunch a craft recipes and submitted as a mt game mod. I agree that it should be better documented, however, this is not one of my strong points.
