Separate weapons and API #22

Make sure you agree.

Renamed the file shooter.lua to api.lua
Created the shooter modpack
Separated the rocket mod
Created backwards compatibility for rocket mod

I'll separate the other weapons yet.

Okay, all mods are separated. Only the entities not supported for old version.

I do not know how you are in compliance with the licenses and README.txt for each mod EDIT: You can merge now

@BrunoMine Sorry it has taken me so long to look at this. I have merged this PR to a new 0.6.0-dev branch so this will become part of the next version. I still need to redo the configuration and implement newer ray-casting methods.
