Add modpack.conf #30

While retaining modpack.txt ensures compatibility with pre-5.0.0 servers, I suggest adding a modpack.conf which is the recommended approach to mark folders as modpacks from 5.0.0. See https://github.com/minetest/minetest/blob/38ea0890ec76814188aea032ef527c7a2911e392/doc/lua_api.txt#L121

Done: 769cea71df8360c1e32f85f567bd2630abe84f3d

I also updated the individual mod.conf files and removed the description and depend text files. I had not noticed they were deprecated so thanks again for the heads-up :)
