Grappling Hook can be used without Grappling Gun #35

Should this be so? So what is this item for? Apparently Grappling Gun is useless.

The grappling hook may be thrown, the gun just allows you to shoot it further. I guess it could be a bit balanced to make the gun more worthwhile.

I can not load this weapon.

You need to have "shooter:gunpowder" and a "shooter_hook:hook" in your inventory for it to work. It should load like all the other weapons, sorry this is poorly documented.
