CTF uses their own shooter mod. I'm guessing you are using 5.1 or something. I added 'recoil' to the guns using add_player_velocity()

Of course I had downloaded the CTF's shooter mod and this is also the CTF's shooter mod screenshot but we cannot make issues on that Fork
