Disable crosshair cursor via shooter.conf #8

The look of the crosshair is a bit odd on server that don't have a modern theme. And your design of the crosshair is a very modern one i think.

An option to disable it in shooter.conf would be sweet, so one can still follow git without blacklisting the file from sync.

l don't think it can be done with a setting. But l think you can add the file to .gitignore that if its deleted git ignores the deletion.

I suspect you are right, however, that does seem like a reasonable solution. I will include it as soon as I get the chance.
