Player wins a game #11

Can a player who has won keep playing or does the game end and they are presented with a winner view?

This is pretty much done but I suspect there might be some edge cases. I'll give it another once over next time I work on this. If anyone gets a chance to try out the various scenarios of being a winner or being knocked out and have feedback that'd be great. Just keep reseeding until you get the data setup that suits the scenarios.

One important detail, is i've made it so that if you're knocked out, all future fixtures are disabled. If you win however, you can keep playing until you're also knocked out.

I think this is done enough for friends and family. I'm sure there'll be things that need refinement so lets drive any changes from that.
