Switch to push state based ember router #20

This will require wildcarded rails routes for all ember app urls. It may also mean IE is not supported at all. It possibly isn't anyway at this stage. Do we care?

Access via regular urls from now on rather than hash based ones. Hash based ones will rediect to the proper hash based variant.
