Should

handle creates / updates / deletes
roll back to previous state and indicate this in the prediction state so that the user is aware / clear.
show an error message of some sort ??

Currently handling create / update scenarios. Delete scenarios are a bit trickier and need more work. Currently if a delete is performed by selecting a currently selected prediction while offline, the ui doesn't re-enable the prediction. If the user then goes back online and selects a different one, they will then have two predictions for the same round.
