Load main app and provide login via ajax. #32

When a redirect happens after login on the iphone when the app is on the homscreen, the user is take out of the chromeless 'app-like' view, and back into safari making the experience disjointed. This will give us more control.

I've ported both signup and sign in to the ember app which worked out quite nicely. We should also port change/forgot password before getting it out or at least pretty shortly after.

Have a play and let me know if i've missed any aspect of the flows.
