Support h264 hardware decoding #5

Do you try to make ffmpeg support h264 hardware decoding？ it seem that vdpau-sunxi + ffmpeg is a way to do that, i am trying.

I hope somebody finally will find a "standardised" way of doing h264 encoding on all AW SoCs...

yeah, what i am trying is h264 decode, don't you try decoding?
