This PR resolves #133

Summary

Added Beta (using betterYellow color) label after Conu Courseplanner title
Added link to our repo
Added feedback box to allow people to anonymously submit feedback (up to 1000 chars), which will only send as long as the message is not an empty string
Added "snackbar" pop up message that displays to the user after submitting if the message was sent successfully or not

I've deployed this branch to my instance, you can see the changes in action here.

As discussed, change text in util.js at line ~48 from "Course search" to "Course search by course code"
