PR adds the following:

Configure an interval for scans to be queued
Configure excluded libraries from scheduled scans
View user login activity with basic information (e.g. client IP, user agent, etc)

The login activity implementation is lacking basic pagination ATM, but it isn't priority so can wait a bit.
