Installation on Win 8 64bit; python ver 3.3 64 bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Python 3.3 was installed with publish Win 64 bit installer.
2. python.exe not in path
3. No direct installer available for 64bit.
4. 32bit Python installer (psutil-1.2.1.win32-py3.3.exe) is not able to find 
python 3.3 in the registry

What is the expected output?
psutils get installed as python module

What do you see instead?
Error dialog indication Python version 3.3 is required, python not found in 
registry.

What version of psutil are you using? What Python version?
psutil-1.2.1.win32-py3.3.exe
Python 3.3.3 (v3.3.3:c3896275c0f6, Nov 18 2013, 21:19:30) [MSC v.1600 64 bit 
(AMD64)] on win32

On what operating system? Is it 32bit or 64bit version?
Windows 8 64 bit
