Useful note via email from Prof. David Powers:

If you are ever upgrading it to KxK you should know that correct calculation of Informedness corresponds to PREDICTION-weighting of the individual per label Informedness, while Markedness corresponds to PREVALENCE-weighting of the individual class markedness. And (generalized Matthews) Correlation is again the GM.
