Alternatively, just download the pre-prepared bRouter tiles.

Using Terrain 50 is harder than I thought. You'd have to rewrite this, if I understand correctly: https://github.com/abrensch/brouter/blob/c67374a268f8851ed6d395b7e10151b92d4017ec/brouter-map-creator/src/main/java/btools/mapcreator/PosUnifier.java#L162-L219

The sensible choice then might be not to bother, for now at least, and just use bRouter's own tiles.
