Missing E01022273 #10

@GavBhak has flagged that E01022273 is missing from these trip points. This is weird and unexpected.

I think this is because E01022273 is a peninsula and the approach to deciding which LSOAs to include doesn't work quite correctly in this case.

Suspect the fix is to change the approach to including LSOAs. Worth checking against e.g. WDS for important LSOAs?

E01022226 should also be included, I reckon. Less clear to me why this might have been missed.

Think this is actually a simpler mistake - the area_of_interest.geojson chopped off bits of their LSOAs. Extended to any LSOAs intersecting with the area for now.
