Unable to enter API key

Where do I enter the OpenAI API key? You simply say to enter it in the extension options, but I can't find this option menu anywhere.

Not sure if it is related (other extensions have options), but my Chrome is connected to an account on my google workspace, so it's "Managed by my organization".
