  1. Remove supplemental screening
  2. Remove J loop
  3. Turn whole model into function
  4. Look at converting more raw code into compiled functions
  5. Check if there are still lots of age/lifetime checks doubling up

  1. Pre-create vector of screens woman will attend. This will significantly reduce number of events to screen
