Here's what right-clicking on empty space in a toolbar does in a fresh profile with either TUP or TMT (or neither) enabled:

This only started after I upgraded to PM28. The developers of TMT are completely unresponsive, so is there a chance you could fix this or at least identify what might be causing this? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for reporting the issue! I assume that PM27 both add-ons worked without any problems?

Until Issue #2 is resolved, I won't be able to look into this issue.

Yes, it worked in PM27.

Why do you think #2 is related, though?

Thanks for confirming! Also, sorry for causing confusion: Issue #2 is my highest priority and I cannot look into any other issues until that is resolved.

By the way, Darayavaush, I wanted to mention something that I just noticed as a viable workaround (for you or anyone who may need this information). The items missing from your screenshots are also present in the menu:

If you have the menu enabled, it's accessible via the "View/Toolbars" submenu.
If you don't have the menu enabled, it's available under the "Preferences" submenu (click the arrow instead of the word). I hope this information helps until this issue can be resolved.

Oh, man, that is the weirdest thing. At least it should give indication as to what the cause of the problem might be. Thanks for the extra information!
