usb hangs the machine #101

usbehci seems to hang some machines on boot.
*nousbehci=1 makes it work again.
need machine where we can debug this.

happens mostly on core2duo machines.

could be symptoms of broken mp tables. some
testing with *pcihinv= *apicdebug= and *acpi=
would be of interest.

there is a bug in the smm bios takeover in ohci and ehci.
i made test iso and a kernel so you can test if this applies:
