vgavmware hardware acceleration #143

hardware acceleration doesnt work correctly with the vga
vmware driver.

a reference driver implementation and documentation can
be found here:

http://vmware-svga.sourceforge.net/

someone take a look and then fix the driver. also, kvm
might support the same vmware vga device interface.
someone confirm this.
