Google sign in #1

Allow users to sign in using Google sign in.

Google sign in works, for the most part. If a user clicks the sign in button and approves our app, their Google id and a placeholder username ("PLACEHOLDER") are added to the session, and they are forwarded to the homepage. There is no interaction with the database, as there's no database yet.
