Some pages crash when articles don't exist in a section.

[ ] Create a page that tells a user when a section has no articles
[ ] Prevent other pages in the website from crashing when a section has no pictures/no articles

For devs: this is a bit of a hard one, so as such it's a big project that you could definitely take on
