Create a portal for teachers to book rooms #46

Very often, Stuyvesant faculty want rooms and the IT department needs to kick out a club.

This is a very emotionally draining process, and this mental trauma should be placed upon the teachers and staff members who

don't plan in advance and want a room 4 hours before a club has a meeting in said room.

This should be 100% automated with emails and everything.

If we give teachers access to unlimited room reservation, this could be unpopular with students and have room for abuse (faculty advisors taking rooms for clubs that need it).

Therefore, this will instead be a new table that faculty can add on to. Then, an admin, such as Mr. Polazzo, or clubpub can go and approve them right away.

And this would require an "administration" club on Epsilon. We should be able to set which club it is, but if it doesn't exist, the site should automatically create a club called SUIT with admin perms, and all these room reservations will be assigned to that club.

you know what, just give polazzo access to this room portal and some instructions on how to pick the most low hanging fruit of a club to kick out and we should be good to go (this would be the most convenient for everyone)
