Revamp faculty advisor system #56

The old faculty advisor system treats a faculty as a member. This is pretty confusing.

I remember as even a Junior my first time using the club admin interface, I had no idea how to add Stuzin as a faculty advisor.

This needs to be more intuitive, and faculty advisors should be treated differently than a member.
