Update bot code for DJS V13 #96

Recently, Discord.JS has updated to V13, but the code generated by Slappey is all v12 code. The code should be updated to include slash commands, client intents, etc, as the legacy code no longer works in the new version.

Anson is working on changing the code to include V13, but it takes time since he has a full time job also.

That's fair, I just opened an issue because I thought he forgot. Should I close the issue?

Yeah, you can go ahead and close the issue. Anson is working on an update, but it will take time :)

Version 13 is now supported. Please try downloading it and testing it.
