what do you want more ?

Why do you changed the hex encoding of this particular emoji? Why is it 6 byte long? Is there a specification / standard of this encoding?

Without this 6 bytes, it's not the heart pics that we can see on phone, but the letter "heart". And if I receive the heart in pidgin, I receive the heart followed this "%EF%B8%8F", unless if it is sent from the android keyboard (who is not a picture)...
