Path does not seem to get set on reinstall

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install gource with option to set PATH
2. Verify that path is indeed set
3. Reinstall.. it will ask to remove original installation, say yes, and then 
continue to reinstall.
4. Verify that path is not set

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Path should be set on reinstall.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.41 of Gource, Win 7 OS

Please provide any additional information below.
Was trying to get Gource to run related to 
https://code.google.com/p/gource/issues/detail?id=215 . Part of my testing was 
to reinstall and noticed that I no longer had gource.exe on my path.

That's odd. I know that if the PATH variable is too long for the installer 
modify it wont/isn't supposed to modify it.

Sorry... I am dumb... I left a console open when I ran the installer so it 
didn't pull the new path. Please mark this as invalid.
