System Server doesn't always start #17

with 5.1.0/5.2.0

"Most" times when I click "Start System Server" it prompts for password, then says in green "The System Server is running" but no server is actually started.

I'm not sure what the cause is because Server (menu) -> View Logs doesn't seem to show logs from the system server (?)

Seems to work "great" with 5.0.1 FWIW. Yet sometimes it start OK. But most times not, seemingly, FWIW...

The system server feature was broken when I removed the symbolic link for OSXvnc-server because that executable was no longer found. I‌ just fixed that with commit 60ca32c7453f87014c7b0bccb132f462f8f5e923.
