QEMU Windows build (missing 8.2.1 and 8.22) #10

Could you please make Windows binary installer for

QEMU 8.2.1 QEMU 8.2.2

What are the differences about your build and official version available here?

Could you please consdier to change your wokflow script to add Italian language to your installer version?

Due to missing resources, I cannot create installers for all releases. Typically, I only build for the very latest QEMU.

And my build sources include patches which still are missing in the official QEMU.
