Purpose of feature request on the next release:

Usplash text position, length, etc. specifically when verbose messages
showed up

Resources that should be read by developer:

test, test, test, then package it

- remove "7.0": grub splash, ksplash, wallpaper
- new background design

- we decided to not take action on usplash issue
- we have removed "7.0" in grub splash and ksplash, but it is not needed for 
wallpaper
- there is no background design for now
