Purpose of feature request on the next release:

Users need a repository CD

those links is not really help us with this issue

we have two options, AFAIK: use aptoncd, or collect packages from 
/var/cache/apt/archives/ in fresh installed "ready-to-release" system and 
create repository based on it. it is like the second step from the aptmove link 
but we do it with reprepro
