KPPP launcher needs sudo #6

What steps will reproduce the problem? What do you see instead?

1. launch KPPP from K menu
2. KPPP doesn't run because it needs root priviledge

What is the expected output?

KPPP runs with root priviledge after user supply password for sudo

Clue:

kppp.desktop

we removed KPPP from packages list, because it is buggy, at least "exit code 
2", and
rarely used (assumption)

we still provide ppp, pppconfig, and wvdial (CD #2). even though this programs 
are
command line tools, many users have been using them to create connection with 
dial-up
or 3G modem.
