[interhelp #39550] The match lookup service misses 0.6% of un-integrated signatures #61

Currently the public and the local installation of the match lookup service are 
missing 0.6% of un-integrated signatures (mainly un-integrated matches from 
PANTHER, Pfam and PRINTS). The only way to avoid that is to run all 
calculations locally (switch off the lookup service: -dp option).
