Opera 9.24/Windows: If you navigate off-site, then back to RSH site too quickly, timing issues mess up the history stack #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create some history points in Opera 9.24/Windows
2. Navigate away from your RSH app.
3. Hit "back" many, many times in very fast succession. Sometimes, if you
don't wait long enough after the first "back" click lands you on your RSH
app, history gets all cockeyed.

Perhaps the timeout length for Opera needs to be longer than 200ms?
