FF2 + Vista - No hash refresh after manual hash change #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create some history with links
2. Type a new hash value and press enter
3. From now, the hash will not change. Not on links, not on clicking
back/forward button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output should be the actual hash. I see the manually typed hash
instead.

The window.location.hash value changes, but the hash in the address bar does 
not.
