I solved it!!! Hmm, the extension was perfect yesterday night. But after automatic updating vscode to v1.77, problem occurs and it kills my 3 hours. Now I downgrade vscode to v1.76.0, and it works again. Stop automatic update from settings.

UPDATE: NOW in v1.76, it does not work. They probably fixed the issue. I upgrade vscode to v1.77.1 (the latest version) and styled-component works again.
