Error scanning control script #1

I placed the entire folder into the directory in my documents, but in the Controller Script Console I get this: screen shot 2014-06-22 at 11 20 39 pm

I copied the contents into the application's ControlSurfaceScripts folder, and have this now: screen shot 2014-06-22 at 11 29 04 pm
