When i am trying to download the docker>docker build --no-cache -t vsgan_tensorrt:latest . it keeps on giving me random errors which each time they are different. why is that? im on windows 11 and my version is higher than what is needed the version of docker is 4.19.0

I did not verify if 4.19.0 works. The instructions also said to use docker-compose run --rm vsgan_tensorrt.
