enable required build flag for 4.5 models #1

4.5 models won't run without memorydata enabled

After changing this both 4.5 models do run however the output images appear visually broken, the videos appear very shaky.

I wanted to do that now, but I guess you were faster. I forgot to set memorydata. I guess I can look into the models, I didn't have time to actually look at videos. Merging for now.

Whoops I spoke too soon the newly added 4.1 and 4.1 ES have the same shaky video issue, 4.5 models are fixed
