Scrollbar nib is unselectable with mouse. #296

I currently use Stylish version 2.0.7 and My Firefox is now version 48.0.2, The operative system is Windows 7 Sp1 all patches up-to-date.

You cannot select the scrollbar nib with mouse to drag scrollbar up/down (this issue started around before or after Firefox version 46.0 or 48?)

Edit - some more information This is also true undeer Linux Ubuntu Xenial + Firefox 16.04 + Stylish 2.0.7

What I noticed is, on both OS, when you first install Stylish 2.0.7 and add a style and edit it, with either dark or light Firefox Style editor themes, the scrollbar works OK, soon as you restart Firefox the nib is no longer selectable.

Both fresh profiles to exclude 3rd party influence with no other addons.

this is fixed by using a 3rd party stylish theme so maybe @JasonBarnabe can look in there for solution.

take that back, almost but not quite.

Upd: It was reported long ago (2016-04-19, when it still was in Nightly) https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1265807

There is a small workaround, if you scroll with scrollbutton and immediately pick up the nib, you can then grab it and drag it.

good job on the mozilla bugs, will have to wait until someone fiixes it there then.
