Another SPen option needs added #726

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1.  Under All Settings | Supported Tools there 
needs to be an option for Draw with SPen Only that becomes available when the 
SPen Starts Drawing option is enabled.  It is extremely irritating to have to 
hit Done on the toolbar every time before you want to swipe to the next page.  
I want to be able to draw with the spen but swipe to the next page with my 
finger without having to do any extra steps.

This SPen feature recently got added.  There is still a problem with how it's 
implemented though.  When you are using the SPen and then swipe with your 
finger, the page will advance, but the drawings will also carry over to the 
next page rather than being saved to the page they were drawn on before 
advancing.  So even though a draw with SPen option has been added, it is 
completely useless with how it is currently designed to operate.
