Pull axis-css in

As specified in https://github.com/jenius/axis/issues/73. Maybe a new folder structure should accompany this, considering it are quite a lot of files.

Maybe set up a milestone for this one?

• grid nib doesn't have this, but there has been some desire for it in #36 ... so pull it in

  • group - much better than clearfix, add it w/ the clearfix() fallback

• stuff from animate.css looks good, but I would include the entire library, unless the "big" ones result in really ugly code.

Great work @slang800; a little overview comes a long way. As to settings.styl, it's just a central place to switch variables on/off. Let's see if we can pull it in here.
